How Onboarding Works

Four steps, and we do most of the work.

1. Review

We look at what you have — servers, workstations, cloud services — and what's currently protected.

2. Plan

You get a written recommendation covering what to back up, how often, and how long to keep it.

3. Deploy

We provision storage, install agents, and run the first full backup — usually outside business hours.

4. Monitor

Ongoing daily monitoring, periodic restore tests, and monthly usage reporting in your portal.
